Hawks played a pre season training match v Falkirk at Cala Park this evening Hawks were a subtle mixture of youth and experience but mostly youth A match played over three twenty minutes sessions saw Hawks win 24-19 Missing from the touchline was Jimmie Sinclair who has led on pre season training It was rumoured that he was at a wedding which of course brings to mind the master of the sports phone in Jimmie Sanderson who regailed punters who phoned in complaining about a match with the retort " were you at the game caller?" to which the caller responded that he was at a wedding and the maestro hit back with "could you have not made the second half?"
