GHK club calendar - message from Pam

Just to confirm details for the photoshoot on Sunday.

The photographer Roy will arrive at 9am at the clubhouse. He\' s kind of in
charge for the day, and will lead on the setup of the photos that we have
discussed. If you could get your interested volunteers to turn up at the
clubhouse at the following times;

9am Ladies Hockey Club

9.50amam Mens Hockey Club

1010am Triathlon Club

10.20am Cricket Club

10.30am HAWKS

11.00am GHK Rugby Club

11.20am GHK Rugby Dads/coaches

Can you get your volunteers to bring along a large towel/bath robe each to cover
themselves up between photos, and also to bring tiht underwear as we will be
able to wear these for the takes and have Roy airbrush them out after.


Can you also let me know what kind of numbers will be turning up from your club.
