Good afternoon gentlemen,
The final GROGS meeting of the winter programme will take place at Braidholm on Wednesday 11th April at 12 noon for 12-30pm. The speaker is Willie Young the former football referee and well known raconteur. Allan McTaggart will be in the chair.
It is also our AGM when we re-elect your committee and agree on charitable donations for this year.
As we have had a good year of attendance's we are able to give away £2000. This is a record for GROGS. Stuart Wallace has decided to retire from the committee and therefore there is one vacancy. If you wish to nominate a member please contact me by 8th April latest.
If you have any items that you wish to place on the Agenda please let me know.
To assist with catering numbers please let me know if you plan to attend.
2012-2013 is our 10th year and we have nearly finalised the programme for next year. I am sure that it will be up to the normal standard especially as Peter Mitchell for aberdeen will be joining us for the Christmas meeting. You may remember that he spoke at our 5th year celebration.
I look forward to meeting you again in two weeks time.
