August sees ANNIESLAND active both Old and New
OLD
In association with celebrations of the 35th anniversary of The High School moving to Old Anniesland, the Glasgow High FP club will host the inaugural FP Rugby day this Saturday. Over 40 players, from recent alumni to some in their 50s, are scheduled to attend for a friendly 7s tournament, followed by a BBQ and beers.
It is hoped that this event will become a regular occasion, strengthening ties of young alumni with the FP club and the rugby clubs at Old Anniesland.
Things will kick off at 3pm this Saturday (11/8). All players and spectators are welcome.
Well done to Struan Gray for organising. Please contact him at [email protected] if any questions. GHK players will be heading back to OA after their game at Cartha to support this event plus partake of beers and BBQ!
