We've marveled at the exploits of Ennis, Farah and Hoy but now it's time for Hoffmann, Reid and Borthwick to take centre stage!

GHK continue their pre-season preparations, taking on another challenging fixture against long standing rivals West of Scotland. It's some time since the clubs played each other at 1st XV level and both teams will be determined to show that they are nearing readiness for the start of their respective league programmmes in two weeks time.

With this being the first home match, GHK are keen to start the season with a bang so not only will the bar be open before and after the game but there will also be a BBQ on the go throughout the evening and a live band, 'The Magnificent Puddings' to entertain afterwards.
