Hawks prop Nico Nyemba currently with Blaydon got a game wirh Newcastle Falcons A team against Sale Shark last night

Nico shares had this to say

"It was good experience to get involved in the Falcons A team. Had a quick training session to try get everyone on the same page before having lunch and heading off. Got of to a great start with a try from a driving lineout which was repeated twice more to give as a 19-0 lead before they got one in the last few minutes 19-7. Got just under 10mins which was good, would have like to have got some more game time tho. On the bus back one of the boys claimed it was the first win for the A team in the A league which if true made being part of it even more worth while. Hopefully I'll get another chance to play in their other A league fixtures but right now it's back to work at Blaydon. Got the derby day fixture this weekend against Tynedale which would be great to get my debut for the club in but with the team doing so well on Saturday it will be hard to get into a winning team. All I can do is train well tonight and wait till team announcement on Thursday. Whatever team I play in on Saturday I will be involved in my third game in seven days!"
