All at Old Anniesland are sorry to learn that Mr Gordon Anderson (Chairman of the Board of Governors 1992-2001, President of the Glasgow High School Club 1978/9) passed away very sadly following his lengthy illness.

An outstanding supporter of the School and the Club, he was one of the original nine High School nominees who joined the Board of Directors of Drewsteignton School when the new company “The High School of Glasgow Ltd”, was established in September 1973. Gordon was heavily involved with the rugby club and contributed a great deal to rugby at Old Anniesland.

The funeral service is scheduled for next Thursday 7 February.
