Glasgow Hawks S2, 22-GHA S2,3

It was a beautiful afternoon at Old Anniesland.The sun shone and our boys bounced back with attitude!
The game started with a fine score by GHA.That was there last score of the day.
The Hawks Squad responded in a way that could only be described as awesome.The boys had taken a bit of a ribbing since last Sunday`s shock defeat in the Glasgow tournament and were determined not only to remind GHA but also all other S2 teams that this side is quite simply the best.
There was an immediate response from our boys with tries being run in on no fewer than 6 occasions.Joff Stenhouse converted 4 including an absolutely sublime score of his own.Robby Nicholson,Rory Taylor,Max Martin, Jonny Byrne Leitch and Sean McAlindon were the other try scorers.
This wasnt just about tries:the tackling, rucking,passing,
handling and commitment were there for all to see and the ghost of last weekend was well and truly banished.
Well done boys we are all very proud of you.
