On Wednesday 24 April, two Scotland 7s capped players will deliver a sevens workshop at the Glasgow University playing fields at Garscube (Garscube Sport Centre, Glasgow University, Maryhill Road, G20 0SP) at 6.30pm.

With the Emirates Glasgow 7s only a matter of weeks away (Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 May) and Commonwealth Games in Glasgow next year, the workshop delivered by Peter Jericevich (Ayr) and Mike Adamson (Glasgow Hawks), is a fantastic opportunity to find out how best to prepare your players for the abbreviated game.

The workshop will focus on structure of attack and defence, as well as set piece and kick-offs.

Adamson competed in 30 HSBC Sevens World Series events, the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi and was part of the team who won the Plate at the Rugby World Cup 7s in Dubai in 2009. Jericevich made his World Series Debut in Dubai in 2009 and most recently represented the Scotland side at this year’s Gold Coast 7s.
