U15 Strength & Conditioning - Week 3



We were a little bit light on numbers at the Dirty Gym for Week 3 of the Under 15 Strength & Conditioning programme. Presumably that is because the rest of our squad are sunning themselves on a beach.

The 7 boys who made it along this evening were put through their paces by Andrew Davidson and Ally McLay. The session included:

Back squats and straight-leg squats with an unloaded weightlifting bar
Duck walking
Box jumping
Bench press with unloaded bar.
