U15 Strength & Conditioning - Week 4



With Euan making his first appearance on Wednesday, we have now had 18 of our Under 15 squad in the gym over the past 4 weeks - which is pretty impressive when so many have been away on holiday.

The session was taken again by Andrew Davidson, with a short appearance from senior 1st XV player Rory McKay.

We worked with proper bars this week and some light weights were even added for those who were ready for it.

The intensity level was definitely raised a bit but the boys all coped very well and pushed themselves hard.
