I hope that that you have had a good summer and are looking forward to a new season of GROGS meetings.
Under the Chairmanship of Roy Dingwall your Committee have put together an attractive programme of speakers and our meetings should be up the the high standard that we have set for previous years.
On Wednesday 11th Semptember we are off to a cracking start as John Rutherford of Selkirk, Scotland and the British Lions is the guest speaker.He needs little introduction as, in my opinion, he was simply the best stand off that Scotland fielded over the past 50 years.
The meetings will continue to be held at Braidholm at 12 noon for 12-30pm and the cost is £15.
We have new caterers again and it is even more important than ever that we are able to provide accurate numbers of attendees.
Please let me know by Monday 9th September if you plan to be present.
We still have room for a few more members so spread the word and ask friends, neighbours and relatives in that order to email me and get their names onto my list.
I look forward to meeting you again on 11th September.
