A busy three days saw GHK play two hard fought games.
On Thursday a GHK XV took on a Hawks XV at Old Anniesland. Although just edged out it was a keenly contested and physical game.
Two days later an away game to Greenock from the League above saw some fine handling by the Greenock backs contribute to a win for them.

The last preseason game before the league starts is at Old Anniesland on Saturday 24th with a 3pm ko.
The opponents are Strathmore from our equivalent Caledonia league. The link between the two clubs is from Davie Brown, former GHK and Glasgow centre.

The league starts on the 31st August with an away game vs Annan. There is also a second xv game vs Annan so should be a good bus journey! Training continues at 7pm at OA on Tuesday and Thursdays.
