The Christmas Lunch will take place on Wednesday 11th December at 12 noon for 12-30pm at Braidholm. We are pleased to announce that Gregor Townsend will be the guest speaker. We also pleased that, hopefully, our Chairman, Roy Dingwall will be fit enough to chair the meeting.
As you are aware GROGS has been especially well attended this year and we expect a full house for the Christmas meeting. We are limited to 130 attendees and therefore, regretably, we will be unable to accomodate guests until such time as it is apparent that there are spaces available. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis and only by replying to this email.
The cost of lunch will be £20 per head and this includes a 2 course Christmas lunch and mince pies.
It is also includes wine and a contribution to the staff fund.
Please note that on arrival you should use the bar in the lounge at the top of the staicase and not the main dining room. We suggest that you bring a name card and place it on one of tables to reserve a place rather than tipping up a seat.
