Bill Dunlop looked more relaxed last night at Anniesland having handed in his working party s report which provides a blueprint for the future goveranance of Scottish rugby
He can now return to the stress free existance of walking round the pitch watching Hawks.His absence at Biggar was noted but excused on the grounds of having to give up his weekends in pursuit of his SRU remit
