The draw for the West Regional Cup has now been published. This season the cup format is 2 mini leagues of 4 teams who will play each other once. The top 2 teams in the mini leagues will then meet in the semi-final (winner league 1 v runner up league 2 etc...). The teams finishing third and fourth will then meet in the semi-final of the Shield (3rd place league 1 v 4th place league 2 etc...). The winners of each semi-final will contest the Cup and Shield finals.

We have been drawn in a mini league of Ayr, Hamilton and Whitecraigs. The other mini league is made up of Dalziel, Dumfries, GHA & West.

Our mini league fixtures are:

Saturday 22 February v Ayr (away)
Saturday 1 March v Whitecraigs (away)
Saturday 15 March v Hamilton (home)
Saturday 22 March - Semi-final Cup/Shield
Saturday 29 March - Final Cup/Shield

Please put these dates in your diary and make sure you are available for selection. We are the defending Cup Champions and we want to retain the trophy this season. It is important all of you attend training over the next few weeks as we prepare for these fixtures.

Those of you who play school rugby, we hope you will make yourselves available for selection as we work to retain the West Regional Cup.

Other dates for your diary - we will be defending the North Berwick 10s Trophy we won last year. This years tournament is on Saturday 19 April. We also have a glamour friendly with a top French club side in May (more details to come).
