Comments on selection:
The most competitive selection of the season sees a strong line up for the cup final. Having had a training squad of 29 for the last fortnight there has been some very difficult choices to make. We welcome Finn Gillies and Tyrone Holmes into our team from Glasgow Warriors as part of the Pro Player Draft. Neil Herron and David Milne return to the squad after Scotland 7’s and injury respectively.

Comments on game:
A fantastic opportunity on an excellent pitch against a very good Heriots side awaits us in the cup final. Our games have been exciting throughout the season against each other and Phil Smith and Steve Lawrie have done a tremendous job in developing their squad over the last 2 years. This is a showcase match and we are relishing the challenge of going toe to toe in what promises to be a no holds barred dynamic and expansive affair. We are hopeful this game of rugby can highlight the best of attack-minded rugby the club game has to offer in Scotland.
