Barclay leads under-19 side against Auld Enemy

FORMER Dollar Academy back rower John Barclay will captain Scotland Under-19s against England at Kings Park tomorrow in the first round of the IRB World Junior Championship being staged in Durban.
Barclay was part of the Scotland senior squad last autumn and is expected to give a strong lead to the young Scots. Elsewhere, Borders’ James King is at stand-off and is partnered by the promising GHA scrum- half Ali Miller, while the full-back berth goes to the former Kirkcaldy player Andrew Easson, who is eligible to play for Scotland at under-18 level.
