Ayr v Currie
In the enforced absence of Nick Lavelle and Johnny McClung, Ayr field teenager Cameron Taylor at full-back James Heinzberger is at No 8 in place of James Eddy, called up by Glasgow. For Currie, Andy Muir makes a timely return to replace Douglas Lockhart, sent off against Hawick last week.
Hawick v Biggar
Young Greg McLeod, son of the former Hawick back-row forward Donnie, comes into the home XV to replace Matt Landels, who has been suspended for four months after being sent off in the recent BT Cup tie against Kelso. Biggar, who add Kevin Anderson to their squad, have one or two injuries and won't name a XV until nearer kick-off.
Glasgow Hawks v Stirling County
Hawks are struggling with injuries for this match which will have a noon pitch inspection. Definitely out are Mark Sitch and Mike Adamson, while Murray Strang is doubtful. Stirling give some of their promising youngsters an outing, including Richard Mill, Stuart McGee, Innes Brown and Dylan Mason, and field Brian Archibald at No 10.
Heriot's v Boroughmuir
The visitors are minus the services of lock Euan Mathieson (ankle injury) for their win-or-bust game, Stewart Waddell stepping in to partner Graeme McCallum. Heriot's are without Apolosi Satala, on sevens duty with Fiji, and Andrew Dall is at No 8 in a back-row that sees Tam McVie at openside flanker.
Watsonians v Stewart's-Melville
Colleges, defending an unbeaten seven-match run which has given them a great chance of avoiding the drop, welcome back Scotland U19 winger David McCall, who will operate outside the experienced Craig Joiner and Graham Shiel. Watsonians welcome back Allan Nash after a lengthy injury absence, Will Campbell starting on the bench.

ASIDE from the Aberdeen Grammar-Melrose match in the top flight, as of yesterday evening the following matches were confirmed by the SRU to have fallen victim to the weather.
