Director of Coaching David Young has named a strong Blues team to play Glasgow Warriors this Friday at Cardiff Arms Park (ko 7.10pm).
The only change to the starting XV that defeated the Ospreys two weeks ago sees Martyn Williams starting at Number 7 instead of Robin Sowden-Taylor who picked up a minor shoulder injury in the Commonwealth Games.

Cardiff Blues are looking to record a double against Glasgow having already beaten them in September, when tries from Molitika (2), N. Robinson and Morgan secured a 28-23 victory.
