Get along to Braehead today to see Graeme Morrison and Donnie MacFadyen, with their former team-mate Kenny Logan on the Flora pro.activ's heart health roadshow - Testing the Nation's Hearts - offering free cholesterol and blood pressure testing to the general public.
Glasgow Warriors players Donnie and G-Dog will be at Braehead Shopping Centre in Glasgow today from 1.30pm. The players are supporting Flora pro.activ's heart health roadshow (which will be located in the car park outside Marks & Spencers) offering free cholesterol and blood pressure testing to the general public.
Testing the Nation's Hearts will be in Scotland on the following dates:
1. 12th-15th April - Braehead Shopping Centre, plus local supermarkets
2. 19th-22nd April - Cameron Toll Shopping Centre, Edinburgh plus local supermarkets
Testing the Nation's Hearts is aimed at encouraging people to take responsibility for their own heart health. Flora pro.activ is running the campaign in association with the cholesterol charity H·E·A·R·T UK. In addition to free blood pressure and cholesterol testing with a qualified nurse, everyone tested will receive a Complete Guide to Heart Health. And, by supporting the campaign Flora pro.activ has pledged £1 for every person tested to H·E·A·R·T UK.
