Gentlemen
I have been asked by the Board of the Hawks to contact you to thank you for your support during this season. Whether you have seen the Hawks once or many times your attendance is greatly appreciated by the players and the management
We retained our title last Saturday at Hawick with a magnificent display of running and handling rugby, Hawick were very gracious about it as people from that part of the world appreciate good rugby.
There is one more opportunity this season to see Hawks play at home. On Saturday 16th April Boroughmuir are the visitors to Old Anniesland. It will be a great occasion and the trophy will be paraded by the players.
Our caterer Alan James is laying on a special lunch at the very modest cost of £7-50 a head and it is sure to be popular.
If you are able to attend please respond to this email and I shall reserve you a place. It is a family occasion and wives, partners, children and grandchildren will be most welcome.
Please come along and thank the players for entertaining us so well this season and making Hawks the number one in Scotland.
I hope to see you there
kind regards
Alasdair Graham
