Glasgow Warriors players are teaming up with MINI dealership Harry Fairbairn to spread the word about their next Celtic League home game at Firhill (v Leinster, Sunday 7 May, kick off 7.30pm).
Players including Euan Murray, Steve Swindall, Sam Pinder and James Eddie will be travelling the streets of Glasgow in an open-top MINI on Friday to distribute leaflets about their two remaining home games (Sunday’s match against league leaders Leinster and their final home game of the season on Friday 12 May against Llanelli Scarlets (kick off 7.10pm) and how people can come along and see The Warriors in action.
The players’ route will take them through the city’s West End and along Byres Road as well as through the city centre and around George Square.
