Rory and Ferg go back to school
Fergus has been offering advice on hydration
Pupils at St Jerome's Primary School in Govan have been learning about fitness from the Glasgow's Rory Lamont and Fergus Thomson.
The Evening Times reports that Rory and Fergus have been helping the kids prepare for a funday at the school on June 1. They were at the school today teaching kids about keeping fit, and hydration before and after exercise.
Pupils were asking the players questions and taking part in mini relays and throwing and catching master classes.
The event was being run in conjunction with Highland Spring Natural Mineral Water.
