I trust everyone is well.

Tomorrow sees the hockey girls fundraising, beer-swilling, joga embriagado football tournament down at Old Anniesland.

For those of you who haven't heard, it is essentially a light-hearted 6-a-side tournament. All teams will consist of four real football players and two "wemin". The day will include a pleasant amount of beer, an unpleasanant amount of running about, some live roundball cup matches, a wonderful amount of Rossco's guitar playing, an ear-splitting, vomit-inducing amount of my drunken guitar punching and a massive amount of fun.

It should be a good day out, and it would be great if we can get as much support as possible coming down to play/watch/drink/jeer. A lot of the girls are great for supporting our fund-raising, so if you're available, come down for a beer.

On the playing side, there are a number of teams from GHK entering, all of which still require players I believe. If you have a pair of boots and fancy running off some of Friday night's excess, bring them down with you and you are sure to get a game!
