At a meeting of the SRU Council, held immediately after the Scottish Rugby Annual General Meeting on Friday 30th June, the following people were voted onto the Council or Scottish Rugby Board.
George Clark (Council P1 representative) was elected to the Scottish Rugby Board for a three year period. Through the rotation system, Mr Clark had retired then offered himself for re election.
Jim Fleming (Council Referees representative) was voted onto the Board for one year, replacing Keith Wallace.
The membership of the Scottish Rugby Board is now:

The 16-member Council also has some new members. George Jack, the current Edinburgh Regional League representative on the Council, was elected Vice Chairman of the Council, with the SRU President, Andy Irvine, re-elected as the Chairman of the Council.
Bernard Dunn replaces Keith Wallace as the Premier Two representative, Don Burns replaces David Nicol for the Midlands and Alistair Forsyth takes over as Scottish Borders Regional League Representative from Norman Douglas. The Glasgow area has been split into two and Bill Nolan will continue representing Glasgow South while Ed Crozier will represent Glasgow North.
