GLASGOW HAWKS look to have won the battle to sign former Scotland winger Rory Kerr.
The three-times capped former Glasgow Warrior's return to the UK after a year-long spell in New Zealand has alerted a number of clubs, including West of Scotland and Ayr.
But speed merchant Kerr has been training with champions Hawks and could make his debut against Heriot's on Saturday.
Hawks spokesman Hugh Barrow said: "Rory has been working out with the squad, but nothing is cut and dried in terms of where he will play this season. But we would be absolutely delighted if he opted to stick with us."
