THE ANNUAL PLAYERS DINNER TOOK PLACE IN THE PAVILION OLD ANNIESLAND AND WAS WELL ATTENDED BY PLAYERS AND BUFTIES ALIKE
OUR THANKS GO TO THE SPEAKERS RONNIE SINCLAIR AND TOM WILSON
CLUB CAPTAIN ERIC MILLIGAN WAS AWARDED THE PLAYER OF THE YEAR IN RECOGNITION OF HAVING LED HAWKS TO TWO LEAGUE TITLES.
A SPECIAL THANKS TO OUR CLUB CATERER ALAN JAMES AND DINNER CONVENER DAVID NEWTON WHO HAD PUT IN THE WORK.

The winner of Hawks Club Man of the Year was deservedly Hugh Barrow.
The announcement was warmly applauded by the players who appreciate
Hugh's support and advice. The award was also appreciated and
respected by those of us who see the huge amount of work that Hugh
does behind the scenes of the club.
