Sean announces his first side of the new season

Andy Newman is one of 5 new signings to have secured his first start in the inaugural Magners League
The squad to face the Dragons on Friday night at Hughenden has been announced, and includes five newly signed Warriors.

Glasgow Warriors head coach Sean Lineen named the squad to take on Newport Gwent Dragons on Friday at Hughenden (kick off 7.30pm) in their opening match of the 2006-07 Magners League. "We want to start the season strongly and I think our selection reflects that. The team features quite a few of our summer signings – five in the starting line-up – which shows how well they've settled in throughout our pre-season preparations and training matches."
