Jets run Edinburgh close
An inexperienced Sale Jets team lost 13-17 to a larger Edinburgh Development side at Heywood Road, but several young players put on good performances to impress Academy Manager James Wade, notably 17-year-old Chris Davies.

Jets scorers were Lloyd (try), Blair (pen) and R.Jones (pen and con.) For the Scots, Cross and Kelly scored tries. Warnock converted and scored a penalty, Monro added a conversion.
