80s' Reunion Dinner, 7/10/06 - current players can come too!

How it came about: A recent conversation���..
Lindsay Crawford - � Well done Iain, the twenty-fifth Californian Reunion Dinner last year was an amazing success � what a fantastic turn out. Everyone was in great form, pity about Johnny Hardie though!�

Iain Jarvie - �Thanks, but it�s just a pity that we could not ask those people unable to attend. After all, it became a successful decade for the club�

Johnny Taylor - � Well, there�s one way to sort that out - why don�t we organise another reunion and invite all those involved during the eighties � players, coaches, officials, supporters�

IJ - �I am sure we could easily get 100 to attend and hopefully that might include some of the current players and coaches�

JT - �I will organise some great speakers and so long as I don�t speak for too long myself, it should all go down well with the troops. We will also need to make sure there is plenty of time before and after to remind ourselves what fantastic players we were�

IJ - �Yes that�s right. Come to think of it, did we ever loose?�

LC - �Don�t think so. What�s more, let�s raise some much needed funds for the club. I am sure all the guys would identify with that�

And so it came to pass�..
