Hawks have signed Phil Ludford a flanker from the Newcastle Falcons "Develoment" side

Newcastle-born Phil who has trained part time with the Falcons has been a member of the Development Team squad He played for them against Worcester two weeks ago

The former Tynedale and Morpeth player, who is 6 foot 4 has represented the North of England at Under-16s and 18s level.
Phil has moved to Scotland to take up a post at Lomand School Helensburgh
