Good afternoon everyone,
The November meeting of GROGS will take place at Braidholm on Wednesday 8th November at the usual time of 12 noon for 12-30pm.
There has been a change of speaker. The original speaker Derek Casey who is in charge of Glasgow's bid for the Commonwealth games has to be in South Africa and his contribution has been rescheduled for the February meeting.
We are fortunate indeed to have John Bacigalupo in place of Derek.
John is unique in that he is a former referee from Edinburgh with a sense of humour. He is also a highly regarded after dinner speaker and we should be well entertained.
As you are aware our numbers are growing and therefore it is important to know if you and your guests are coming to the meeting. Please be kind enough to respond to this email even if you are unable to attend to ensure that our Caterer is given a better idea of the numbers.
