Posted: 27/Oct/06
Glasgow Warriors swept GRAN Parma aside with a deluge of 10 tries in a record 69-7 win at Hughenden this evening. It was Glasgow's highest score in any competition in the professional era.
Hefin O'Hare had a try treble in the European Challenge Cup match. Sam Pinder scored two, and all of O'Hare's threequarter line colleagues, Rory Lamont, Graeme Morrison, and Andy Henderson, had one each, as did Kevin Tkachuk and Steve Swindall. Dan Parks kicked six conversions as well as penalty goal. Apprentice stand-off Ruaridh Jackson converted two tries on his debut.
