HEAVY DEFEAT FOR SCOTLAND A
Posted: 21/Nov/06
Scotland lost to Australia by 20-44 in the A international at McDiarmid Park, Perth, this evening.
It looked like being worse when the Australians led 25-3 only a minute into the second half. But the Scots came back with tries by Graeme Morrison, Scott Lawson, and Rory Lamont. Gordon Ross converted one as well as kicking the game’s opening penalty goals.
Drew Mitchell and Rodney Blake each scored two tries for the Australians.
