Troops

GHK will be playing Melrose at the Greenyards on 2nd January - it's a
traditional fixture that goes back many years and was resurrected last
year after a break. The format is bus down the road, a few snifters to
warm up, lucky dip to allocate positions for the day, quick game of
social rugby vs a social 'Rose team, a rabble in the bar to start the
rugby year off and then a bus up the road leaving around 8 - 9 pm
(maybe a wee stop in the Sun Inn to watch the trains).

We need to get names for this over the next week - if you fancy a
game, or a wee day out to blow the cobwebs away please get your name
on the list, either by replying to this or letting me, Scotty or Jake
know. EVERYONE is welcome so any Hawks 2s/GHK 2s etc etc that fancy a
runaround to keep themselves sharp over the festive period are
welcome. The more folk we get the less time each of us has to spend on
the park (it's a big pitch!).

All supporters welcome as well.
