Glasgow Warriors have made six changes, three personnel and three positional, to the starting line-up to face Border Reivers on Friday at Netherdale (7.30pm) in the Magners League from the team that beat Edinburgh Rugby last week.
Scott Barrow starts at inside centre meaning Colin Gregor drops from fullback to bench, Rory Lamont returns from the right wing to fullback , Hefin O'Hare returns from outside centre to right wing and Andy Henderson moves from inside to outside centre.
In the forwards, Euan Murray replaces Moray Low at tighthead and Andrew Wilson replaces James Eddie at blindside flanker.
Warriors Head Coach Sean Lineen said: "Playing two Scottish teams in a row is slightly unusual for us but not having a major break over the festive period has meant that the team has stayed mentally focussed, which is very important. This will be our hardest game in December as the Border Reivers are a really good side and always go out to play attractive rugby.
"This game is so important to both sides as it could really turn Borders’ season around for them. They’ll have gained confidence from their away match against Biarritz and have had a chance to rest players with their free week in the Magners League but we’ll be going there to do our best and hopefully the Glasgow supporters will make the journey to Netherdale to cheer us on and create a great atmosphere for the last match of the year."
