The Scotland Under 20 team are looking to run out in front of a patriotic support tomorrow night (Friday 9 February) when they face Wales U20 in their first home game of the U21 Six Nations Championship at The Falkirk Stadium (kick-off 7:30pm).

Having played their home games at The Falkirk Stadium for the last two seasons, Scotland U20 captain Cameron Ferguson is calling for a vociferous local support: “All the players are really fired up for this game and an animated home support will give the team a great boost.”

Scotland U20 team manager, John Jeffrey added: “This game is a fantastic opportunity for these young players and I hope that all the rugby fans in town for the international at Murrayfield will kick-start their weekend with us.”

Looking ahead to the game, head coach Greig Oliver said: “Tomorrow night is going to be a very tough battle between two very talented sides.

”We learnt a lot about ourselves last weekend and showed how good a defensive side we are. This weekend will be another big test for us, but one that we are really looking forward to.”

Oliver has made three changes to the side that played against England U20 last weekend.

Fraser McKenzie replaces Edinburgh Rugby team mate Steven Turnbull who has been sidelined with a shoulder injury whilst Dundee HSFP flanker Daniel Levison comes in for Border Reivers openside Roddy Grant who has picked up a knee injury.

In the back division, Graham Hogg moves to inside centre for Andrew Easson who has a damaged shoulder.

As a result, Frazer McArdell and Alex Cox are brought onto the bench.

The four home nations, Scotland, England, Ireland and Wales, will field U20 teams in this year’s U21 Six Nations Championship, whilst France and Italy will field U21 sides.

Kyle Traynor, who is 20-years-old, has been listed in the Scotland line-up for tomorrows game for front-row safety reasons.

Tickets for the game are priced at £10 for adults and £5 for concessions (U18s, Students & OAPs) and are available by calling the Ticket Hotline (open 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday) on 0131 346 5100 or at the ground on the night.

U18s have the opportunity to go free with a paying adult simply by clicking onto the Scotland U20 website at www.scottishrugby.org and downloading the form.
