Kenny Sinclair went over for two tries
Glasgow Hawks saw off Stewart's Melville in a 89-31 Inverleith romp in the Scottish Cup.
John Fitzpatrick, Neil Caddell and Kenny Sinclair and Stuart Smith led the visitors' try surge with two apiece.

The others were snapped up by Rory Kerr, Steve Duffy, Stevie Gordon, Richie McKnight and Ally Mallay, while Murray Strang claimed the rest of the points with the boot.

Stew-Mel had the occasional moments of magic and they contributed to the entertainment with counters from Colin Goudie (2), Pete McLean and Richard Borthwick (2), who also slotted three conversions.

West of Scotland turned back the clock to topple Dundee HSFP 23-15 at Burnbrae and earn a shock place in the last four of the Scottish Cup.

The bulk of the damage was inflicted in the first half as the home troops cruised into a 20-3 lead thanks to a brace of touchdowns by winger Andy Park and one from prop Calum Hastie.

Fraser Sinclair had a mixed day with his marksmanship, but put over the ones that mattered - particularly the late penalty which snuffed out High's fightback.

Dougie Gray and Alan Hay bagged the Dundee tries, with Barry Jones landing a penalty and conversion in vain.

Aberdeen coach Damian Reidy's hopes of a victory in his last match in charge at Rubislaw were dashed by streetwise Muir in a thrilling Scottish Cup contest.

Reidy, who is heading home to Australia, watched Angus Martyn inspire the visitors to a 34-20 win with two great tries, their other efforts coming from Rory Couper, Charlie Keenan and Neil Malloy. Ross Cook added a conversion treble and a penalty.

Colin Phillips and Ben Spearrit replied for the northerners, the latter also contributing both conversions and two penalties.

Former Greens hero Ian Barnes plotted the downfall of his former team, Hawick, at Raeburn Place as Accies booked a surprise berth in the Scottish Cup semi-finals.

The coach watched in delight as two other ex-Mansfield Park stars, Jamie Parker and Gavin Douglas, earned mentions on the try-listccies won 18-11.

Mike Campbell pounced for the all-important third touchdown to shut out the Borderers, for whom flanker Nick McTaggart was the only scorer - the remainder of their reply coming from the boot of Barry Sutherland.
