Good to hear from you!

Everything is going well back here in sunny Brisbane. Our season ended two weeks ago and we ended up middle of the table but we have got a pretty young side so we were pretty happy with that. I ended up playing blindside for most of the season which was a bit of fun but i think it will be back to the front row next year.

I have to get a shoulder reconstruction during the off season which i am not very excited about so it could be a pretty boring summer for me. Hopefully i will get some sympathy from the girls though haha!

I actually ran into Graeme Hastings (Gavin's brother) last week randomly at a local rugby game. Anyway we just got talking over a few beers and I think he used to play for watsonians so i gave him a bit of friendly hawks banter.

Apart from that, not much else to speak of, just working and trying to stay out of trouble!

How is everything down at Old Anniesland? Tell the boys I said hello and I will keep in touch
