Alright Lads,

just a quick note to 'touch base' and let you all know I am still alive and having a great time.

I'm currently in Cairns and getting ready to head down to Sydney, where we'll be for xmas and new year (it's a tough life).
Highlights of my travels so far include; Ha Long Bay (Vietnam), Island hopping (Thailand), Western Australia, and the Melbourne Cup (broke even on the betting). Not to mention meeting up with Matty Smith and Mitch in Thailand for a good old fashioned piss up!!

I've been keeping tabs on the results. Pity about the Ayr game..... but at least we beat GHA. Looking forward to a cup run similar to last years, which is certainly possible.

I am missing Old Anniesland, but the fact that I wouldn't have been able to play anyway, means it's probably easier being completely away from the place.
My knee is doing pretty good. I've not had any trouble from it so far (touch wood) and I'm confident of being back to full fitness (injury wise) for the start of next season.

P.S. I've accepted that I don't have the fullest head of hair in the world, and have went for the Kiddsy look - baldy ayrshire tw@t. It's low maintenance. Ciao.
