AUGUST - (PRESEASON FIXTURES)

12 (Friday) Glasgow Hawks - Scotland Premier Division One Champions - Away -
Whilst results are secondary in pre-season friendlies last season, for the record the hosts won 38-24 last year. Hawks, the BT Premiership champions, have appointed Mark Sitch as their forwards coach to work with David Wilson, their new head coach. Sitch, a former Australia Under-19 international, who will continue to play in the back-row, has been with the club for five years since moving from Musselburgh. Wilson, formerly the coach at GHA, and Sitch will be in charge for the first time when Hawks host Moseley. Directions and website

14 (Sunday) Stirling County - Scotland Division Two Champions - Away -
Stirling County obviously learned a thing or two in last year’s pre-season defeat at the hands of Moseley. They finished as convincing champions of the BT Premiership Division 2 winning 21 and losing only 1 league game all season. An appropriate way to celebrate their centenary! The club, has produced a large number of internationals They will be preparing to move into Division 1 for the coming season.Directions and website
