I should update...i've stopped playing since my back surgery in jan!had to get 3 titanium discs in plus 5 new pieces of vertabrate!so its been a rough rehab! but i'm back doing some ligt cardio and yoga! as for the rugby , i now coach Old Blue RFC, they are one of 2 'super league' teams in nyc, the super league is a step up from the regular season, so its good to be involved!i coach the backs and look after the strength and conditioning of all teams.

Chuck is going to have a crack at making the team. The only problem we have is that we are only allowed 5 foreigners in the squad , and the guys that we fly over have either played in the english premiership or the australian 1st division.
