Paxton up for tough Pumas test

SCOTLAND Under-21 coach Iain Paxton expects a bruising battle today in his team's final match of the IRB Under-21 World Championship against tournament hosts Argentina.
Stand-off David Blair and Alan MacDonald are out injured, but Ayr prop Stuart Fenwick comes into the starting line-up in place of Aberdeen GSFP's Stuart Corsar in the only change to the Scotland XV. It is a move Paxton and his management team are hoping will counteract the physical impact of the hosts in a play-off match that determine whether Scotland finish the tournament in fifth or sixth position.
Paxton said: "They'll come at us hard up front so we have decided to use Stuart Fenwick from the start as we feel he'll take more early on and then we'll bring Stuart Corsar in late on as an impact player. Our selection has been fairly consistent throughout the tournament and we're confident we have the necessary cover on the bench."
No matter the outcome today, the young Scots will finish top out of the home nations.
