Sadly, the last ever 1st XV game to be played on the main pitch at Hughenden will take place on Saturday 22 March 2008, the visitors being Aberdeen GSFP

This historic old ground has seen many fine matches over the years having played host to several of the great touring sides including the 1963 All Blacks
Originally the home of Hillhead HSFP a club that in the amateur era produced many fine players like Copey Murdoch capped before and after World War 2 and Alan Cameron in the early 1950s In more recent times it has been home to Glasgow Warriors
