FORMER WINNERS CLASH IN PICK OF SIXTH ROUND TIES

Melrose and Boroughmuir, both former winners of the Scottish Hydro Electric Cup, have been drawn together in the pick of the sixth round ties.
The draw was made at Murrayfield today by Scotland front-row forwards Allan Jacobsen and Ross Ford.
There were contrasting fortunes for the two Scottish Hydro Electric Premiership Division 2 clubs who usurped higher placed clubs in the fifth round at the weekend.
Biggar, conquerors of GHA, will face Musselburgh away at Stoneyhill; while Jed-Forest, who accounted for Stirling County, have another home draw, on this occasion against Hamilton.
The draws were also made today for the latest rounds of the Scottish Hydro Electric Shield, Bowl and Plate competitions.
