Hello Everyone,

I hope you are all very well. I’m dropping you an email to do the horrible begging thing. As ever though it is in aid of an amazing cause so my guilt passes quickly.

On Saturday 31st May I will be part of a 6 man team who will be climbing to the peak of Ben Nevis. The team will be led by a wheelchair user who will navigate and guide us to the 1334m summit in the quickest time possible. We’ll be doing this under the watchful eye of former Parachute Regiment, Royal Marine and SAS hard man Ken Hames. It is linked with his BBC1 program Beyond Boundaries.

The aim of the challenge is to raise both funds and awareness for two great charities, Scope (www.scope.org.uk) and Capability Scotland (www.capability-scotland.org.uk), who work to achieve equality for disabled people across the UK. A very worthwhile cause!

Anyway if you can go on the website and sponsor me I’d be eternally grateful. Anything would be good but the more the better of course. Also if any of you have companies or links to companies that’d be willing to consider sponsorship then likewise let me know and we can discuss the termsJ
