Dan Parks was Glasgow's hero as he scored all 23 points including two tries to help Warriors ease to victory over Edinburgh at Firhill.
The stand-off was in superb form as he added two conversions, a penalty and two drop goals to stun the visitors.
Edinburgh led through Andy Turbull's try before Parks replied with a score and conversion.
Phil Godman and Parks traded points after the break as Warriors went on to lift the 1872 Challenge Cup.
Edinburgh started brightly at Firhill and they took the lead in the fourth minute when Ben Cairns sped past two despairing tackles before feeding Turnbull who touched down in the corner.
Godman's attempted conversion fell short and falling behind early stung the hosts into action.
Parks took advantage of a flat-footed Edinburgh defence to score his and Warriors' first try of the evening, before his successful conversion.
Godman's boot gave Edinburgh the lead again in the 27th minute when his penalty arrowed through the posts.
Once again, Parks responded, this time with a superb drop goal, before Godman scored his second penalty.
After the break, Parks' attempted drop-goal was blocked by Matt Mustchin, but he was not to be denied and stroked over another penalty soon after.
Godman then fired over his third penalty as Edinburgh looked to take the game to Warriors.
However, man of the match Parks got his second try when he finished off a clever move involving John Barclay and Max Evans.
Parks converted with 10 minutes remaining to give Warriors a six-point lead and he sealed victory with another drop-goal.
The win saw Warriors lift the 1872 Challenge Cup - thanks to a better aggregate scoreline over the two matches this season.
