I have foolishly agreed to go on a sponsored walk in Donegal. It is foolish on various levels ie it's 40miles, I'm (very) unfit, I'm (slightly) overweight and I'm sure you can add to this list. The last sponsored walk I did was in 1975 so it is unlikely I have asked you before to support a worthy cause which is The Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice and St Margaret's Hospice in Clydebank. I'm aware that some people have charity fatigue and if this is the case I quite understand
