David and I have had dicussions about speed, fitness etc. Because
of my commitments I will be joining on first Tuesday in August and will be
available throughout the season. The plan is to have sprint sessions on Mondays -
lasting no morethan 40 mins and with extra conditioning sesssions ifand when
required. Rehab work will be constant if required. It already has the feel of a
good season.
